Well I know it is standard for the 2LT and 2SS models but I was wondering if it was available for the other models as well. I ask this because when I went to the chevrolet site to build one, I didn't see the HUD as an addon for the 1LT, I didn't get to check the other models though. Thanks in advance.

No.... Only comes with 2LT & 2SS

Yea it sucks. Maybe someday we can get an aftermarket addon that's not ridiculously expensive.

the website not letting you add it is a pretty good indication.

maybe you guys have the plugs for them and can install them later. just like in the corvettes.

This is the truth, since I got my 2011 with the head-up display,the only time I look at the dash is to see if I need gas. It is completely addicting.

Yea hopefully, I wonder why they decided not to put it on all of the models.

Because they want to use it as an incentive to get you to upgrade and spend more money.

You dealer can add the PDIM.

PSSSS here's a secret, it will more than likely bolt right in, just like corvettes unequiped with it will also adapt to it.

GM is cheap, anything to cut price. More than likely all dashes will have the cut out in it. The ones with out hud will have a cover over it.

You'll have to buy a hud unit, and a new dash console with the buttons on it.

Windshield does not matter, did with the earlier huds from the 90s, not so much anymore.
