Placed my order with the dealer today for a 2011. So excited.

2SS/RS IBM with Beige Interior, Hurst short shift, with sunroof. I'm hoping by late July/early August. Hopefully sooner. Decided against factory installed rally stripes, I'll put my own on when the car arrives.

I'm freaking excited. Can't hardly stand to wait.

No pricing yet. Should know soon. The dealer could put the order in but it wasn't spitting out the price just yet. Today was the first day he said his system would allow orders to be placed. I'm not expecting a big increase, so we'll see.

Congrats. Did they have actual allocations for the first build week on June 7?

im installing my rally's this weekend or the next. good luck, seen some... misfortunes... research and have a helper...

HUD is going to be on 2lt and 2ss, LS, 1LT, 1SS dont get HUD from my understanding

Yes, the dealer said he had 6 allocations and that they had to turn them in by Monday. So, that should mean I get my car fairly quick. The interesting thing about the order sheet is that Chevy still doesn't show HUD on the order form although it says 2011 model year. The dealer assures me HUD is part of the standard equipment for 2011, so not sure if they just haven't updated the order specs or not.

How could you place an order without agreeing on price?

I'm confused. Was it like, "MSRP" and a handshake? You agreed to his dealer and "true coat" fees?
