Broken Car Again

Another weekend another problem with the car, just got car out of garage monday from broken transmission/output shaft, now another broke part rear cv shaft to right tire, shifted 1-2 leaving my house give it a little gas after shift and pop broken, still managed to drive slow in reverse back to house, pretty much was just a normal acceleration leaving my place..

im furious, youd think this car could hold up a little better !

880 miles! i mean i know its a 1st year car but come on! the cv shaft is about 1'' thick steel broke in the thread area, youd think it could handle the car, or maybe its not enough..

450 of the miles was going to get the car from austin, so 300 miles around town has broke it twice.

I believe the new shaft they are using to replace the original one is now thicker which makes it stronger.. What I would like to know is for all of us who purchased cars that were made at around the same time yours was, if we will get tested out by the dealer after the dealer gets instruction from GM how they are able to discover which cars in QC are affected and which are not..

Is this another case of a major problem in the works or is it a case of someone being way to hard on the car? I hope it's the latter. I'll let you know when I get mine. I told my dealer friend whom I'm getting the car from that I going to do a lauch control takeoff right out of the dealership before I buy it.

The CV shaft has threads on it? Are you sure it is not a spline?

How can he be to hard on the car? Aren't most of you planning on racing them?
The thread on here with 1/4 mile times has like 15,000 hits. What happens when everyone adds a supercharger?
