I ran the super tensioner in my previous setup never had a problem. If alignment is ok you shouldn’t have issues, as long as you have proper belt length. The GB not an issue. I still run GB today.

Some belts are measured from outside diameter vs inside. If you find it’s too long go to the next size down. Belts do stretch over time. Write the number down on your service manual or just buy a spare.

Yes, that is the OC length (95.25)

Match the part number and you’ll be very close. The RPM belts run just a bit tighter so you should still be in the ballpark...

Is that an RPM, HD, or regular gates belt?

Is the original belt a gates? I may have misunderstood and thought you gave a gates number...

If not, what brand?

Here is the link to the available rpm belts from gates:

https://www.gates.com/power-transmis...-v-belts/c/104

Not all gates sizes are available in RPM...

Did you try one or going by the website?

This is my belt:

https://www.gatespowerpro.com/Comerg...ctID=855298675

Fits perfect..

K080675RPM

Effective length is 67.49"

OC is 68.05’

.56" difference between inside and outside...

Your belt:

K060947RPM

https://www.gatespowerpro.com/Comerg...ctID=855296947

Effective length is 94.67

OC is 95.236

You care about the effective length...

Should fit but a little tighter...

Don’t know what else to say. YMMV...

Np! Sometimes too much info gets confusing.

As you can tell, the part number is the effective length rounded...

Here is the non RPM version:

Is there a more durable belt than the “green” belt?
