Loose Paddle Shifter

I just had my left paddle shifter become really lose on my 2013 ZL1 and I don't know how to fix it. I took off the paddle shifter by pulling the pin out and the part that is lose is the part that is connected to the steering wheel and not the actual paddle. Has anyone ran across this and know how to fix?

My left paddle kinda pops loose sometimes and I have to snap it back in.Like it gets stuck 'lifted', towards the engine...if that makes sense. I have a 2014 ZL1 wheel, so it's the same style as your wheel. Not sure how to tighten it though.

I pushed and pushed on it and it is still loose. I just ordered a new wheel. I will take the old one apart when the new one arrives.
