Well, it's not what I'm doing but it'll be what my son-in-law is going to be doing over the next couple weeks as time permits.

My granddaughter drove my white SS home when she left here Monday so her dad can get to work on the blend door issue and replace the rocker cover gaskets.

Since they live 86 miles away, I'm guessing I'll be without my daily driver for a few weeks. Which is fine. Granddaughter will get a chance to drive it to school for a few days.

Is he going to yank the dash or is he going to create the "access panel" that the GM (now gm) engineers conveniently neglected to install?

Took the car cover off, hooked the c-tek up for 2 hours to bring the battery up to full charge, started her up to get the juices flowing!! Have 2 car shows this weekend. She hasn't been out for 2 weeks.

He asked me if it was all right to create the access panel and I gave him the green light. I'm all for ease of access!
