I've had MAJOR problems with their service dept. I talked to the GM, never heard back from them and took my business elswere - which is what the service manager told me to do. I would LOVE an opportunity to speak with John Anderson personally. Got his number???

Agreed. Sales was an awesome experience. Go to Fremont for service!

You are not the first I have heard from that has had issue with the Courtsey Service Dept but if John doesn't hear from those having less than pleasant experiences he can't correct the problem. The times I have talked with him has been in person or by calling the main number and asking to speak to him.

The Fremont dealership is also run by a real car guy and on top of that they do in house custom work there. Definitely a good recomendation for them as well...

I tried to tell her, and everyone; the owner is a camaro guy; the last time I was there they put my locking lug nuts on at no cost (labor) to me; and I didn't even buy the car from them: I always deal with Mike G, but have had good experiences with other staff.

Thanks for this post! Good news since Ive been looking around on where to order my 2011 2LT/RS. Posts like this do in fact drive business to certain dealers and away from others and I hope these dealerships learn from their mistakes.

Let me know when you go out there for the first Friday thing and I'll meet ya there. Maybe I'll get lucky and Mr. Anderson will be there.
