Has the FARK changed??

I'm trying to help a fellow H-town Camaro Club member upgrade her convertible's stereo and I told her I'd send her a list of things to buy before we do the install. Of course, we are getting the FARK and a few other items from ********.

I went to ********'s site and it seems the FARK has been renamed and does not come with the X2 connector for the speakers.... (per the picture).

I searched for the X2 connector and could not find it sold separately.

Anyone know what's up? Steve??

been out of office, but fark has not changed since last fall. Some modest changes are in the works for the next batch though.

Question still not answered....

So, if my friend orders was is now called the Plug-n-Play RCA Output T-Harness, she is getting the FARK with the X2 connector, correct?

5G-x3RCA = subwoofer T-harness (in stock)
5g-FARK = Factory Amp Replacmenet Kit (ie x1,x2,etc.) (limited availability)


Only way to get a fark right now is to also purchase speakers from us.

you cannot buy just the fark right now. They are almost gone and another 15 weeks from more coming in (if we decide to order more). Have not done so yet and may not due to pricing increases from the manufacturer. Weighing options.

Well that sucks. She has a convertible and does not need the 6x9. She may not want to use Hybrid Audio speakers.

Why force your customers to buy HAT speakers if they don't want them? (I have HAT speakers by the way.....)

because he makes more money that way offering whats left to people that will buy the whole set, its his choice, sucks but oh well

Yep....I understand "bundling"....just don't think it's right and terrible for a business' reputation.

"Oh, you want a $59.00 connector? No problem, just buy $500 worth of speakers and its all yours!"

Now I wish I would have bought 5-6 extra FARK sets. I could have sold them for $100 each!
