Ah ok... The threshold for converting to a ZL car is 5K miles. The threshold for warranty is 10K miles and/or 600HP. Once you go over 10L miles pre-mod or reach over 600HP then you do not get the 3/36 or 5/100K warranties. I'm not sure, I have to ask, but I do think they will do a 1 year warranty. I need to find out.
But yes 600 for me is good as well. I even had fun with the stock SS, I can only imagine how great and how much fun 600HP in this beast will feel like. |

1) I haven't run times on this yet. But last years ZL585 model that ran 15 horses less was pulling a 0-60 at 3.6 and a 1/4 mile time of 11.5 at 122mph. So this should have a little more umph in there. 2) There are varying levels/stages you can get with SLP, it's not cheap, but is a quality product and quality service, and retains factory warranty. Price point can range from around 6k-20k base for the ZL model upgrade. They offer 3 N/A Models, and 3 supercharged models. They only make 250 of these a year. I was a bit hesitant at first because of cost, but everywhere you read SLP gets good ratings, so I made the plunge. I'll be giving a full review once I have the vehicle back for a bit to really check everything out and feel it in its beastly form. I'm thinking I won't be dissapointement. Service is top notch, I'll be giving a full review on that as well soon too. 3) I've seen a few of these with the GM GFX and I wouldn't think that would be a problem at all. Within reason they are flexible with current cosmetic mods. I have a few things on my car that aren't part of their standard build. Let me know if you have any other questions. Luke |
