Out with the old, and in with the new.
Well, I took my car into the dealership in Lawrence today to get the oil changed etc... and I had gotten an email from the dealership the day before about a "special deal" they were offering to people they sent the email too, so just for the heck of it, I asked them about trading in my 2010 Camaro for a new one... so basicly... next week I'll be picking up my brand new 2012 1LT V6 SIM. It's gonna basicly look exactly like mine does now, so once i pick it up I'll post some pic's.

I know there is a REALLY fast blue one that used to go to KCIR... not sure who he is though. I think he had like 30k in the car AFTER purchase.

I think you do as of now. Dave Steck was talking about your car when he was tuning mine. If you want to talk more, PM me and I will give you my phone number. I live in KC near Liberty. My car put down 825RWHP and I think it has another 100hp in it. No ETs yet. It is relegated to dyno queen status at the moment. I have already broken the ring in the rear end so I after I get it repaired, I will have to take it easy until it gets upgraded to the 9".

Now that it is 95% done, I want to attend some of the local meets. There are a couple of cosmetic things I want to do or fix. Mechanically, a 9" and obviously clutches as the need arises, are all the major stuff left to do. I will do the aforementioned tinkering with changing some small things to see what the true potential is.
On another note, if anyone needs help with installing stuff, there isn't anything I haven't done to my car at least twice. removal/install of the engine, pulling trans, changing clutch, installing shifter, installing headers and exhaust, installing coilovers, trailing arms, toe rods, subframe bushings, installing supercharger, installing shifter, etc. I have done all this and more in my garage on jackstands. The only things I didn't do myself were build the longblock or build the differential. |

I'm still getting mine lined out, have had some issues with the procharger and Intercooler. Just made 900rwhp today and my fuel pump is maxed out. (always something!) Was only able to spin the motor to 6200rpm that's 1000rpm under what It is built to rev to. Might be able to squeeze another 100hp out of it and hit my 1k rwhp goal.. (for now) Oh and all this is through the STOCK A6. Soon to be upgraded Next week. |

Tim, Was well worth the 2 hour drive from Liberty !! Recently bought a Gen 2 for my boy and the trip was a great Father / Son activity - TOO COLD - but we still got to meet some great people and see some nice Camaro's. I.C.E. sure has some Camaraderie . . . We felt welcomed. Scott
