Finally took it to the track for fun. Went up to a pro-am in Oklahoma to help judge and it was super-fun. First event I've driven my own car by myself at since September 2007. Was a good time.

Loaded up at work on Thursday afternoon, and took my first day off in 7 months to drive 600 miles to Stroud, Oklahoma, which was a surprisingly cool little town.

Here's a video of our little course layout we made the day before.

Got some pictures too

Was a good time. Learned what needs to be upgraded on this platform, should work in a very simple fashion.

Nice Camaro, but just wanted to clarify. That is not a true split bumper (ie an RS) car. If it was the parking lights would be between the grille and headlights. Not under the bumper like your is. Not hating on it I love it, but just had to correct that since it is pet peeve of mine. I'm kind of a purist.

Next step is waiting on my friends at Oversteer Garage to get their CP car dialed in, then we're going to start playing with my setup over there. I've also still got my 700 horsepower engine stand hanging out at my shop, hopefully I'll have that in mid-late April.

Coming along.
I'd keep it just the way it is if it were my car.Looks really good!!!I'd keep it as a show and go driver for the street, forget the whole track car thing. This camaro looks to nice to be a track car,why ruin it?MHO
