Where are they? How does Spastic Squirrel work and why are there missing VINs?

Not complaining, as it is a great service. Just curious.

Not sure exactly why some VINs aren't there but I know they don't appear until the VIN can be validated with a window sticker link and that doesn't seem to happen until it has been invoiced.

I know my car was produced on either 6/27 or 6/29 (didn't ask the dealer for the exact date) but it is VIN A122209. It didn't appear on Spastic Squirrel until yesterday (7/3).
