VIC your not a mechanic? that's news to me
the alignment is perfect because i already had it alligned. The rear is just so bumpy and jarring. i guess ill just bring that sheet to a shop, i was just wondering if anyone knew a shop that has done this before and could do mine with ease. Not have a shop say "well this may take us a few hours because we have never done this before, oh and by the way our shop rate is 120/hr so expect it to cost about 360 dollars to loosen and tighten a few screws" thanks guys

I hear ya, i'll be the first to admit that i do not know how to adjust them properly. I'm not afraid to admit the truth.

your best bet is to call around performance shops and ask first.
you can also try asking around in the autocross section of this forum.
