Frame is more or less finished. Some final adjustments on the safety need to be done but that shouldn't take too long. I need to fit the slide parts next and then decide on sights. I can't wait to finish this thing.

Made it to the range this weekend. A little warm but not too bad. This was the first time my daughter shot a rifle. She liked it and talked about getting something like it in the near future.

Haha! Yeah, she did hold it a little high but it didn't seem to bother her. She liked the gun overall. She didn't care for the cleaning of the gun though. Too may parts. PTSD? You're going have to help me on the lingo.

Post traumatic stress disorder

I'm guessing he's having fun with the wacko liberal idea shooting a firearm is akin to being in combat. Of course they also have (successfully) gotten people welfare disability benefits for PTSD from violent video games. My favorite is chasing these full time welfare recipients and find out they are on SSI for "asthma", yet they seem to do fine running from the police.

Yeah, there was a journalist who shot an AR-15 after the Orlando shooting and claimed the recoil hurt his shoulder and the experience gave him temporary PTSD for a few hours later. He's become a laughing stock and made it even worse by trying to defend himself to the Internet.
