Would anyone like me to live Stream Pac install?

Going to be installing Front camera and Pac dash system with a Kenwood head unit and aftermarket Subwoofer this weekend coming up.

Was wondering if anyone would care for me to Live stream it.. I figure if some of you Smarties show Up the Install would go rather quick since You can comment live as it happens lol

Just figured it could be fun letting you all see what me and my GF get our selfs into.. We always seem to have these adventures where we can't believe it works when we are done.. Haha

Either way i will be taking pictures and video so I can contribute to this awesome site with some more documentation i can add.

Let me know what you guys think.. I could stream it live from inside the car via Youtube

I don't know if live streaming to 3 people is worth the hassle, but definitely video the whole install for later viewing.

Did you get a chance to install the PAC kit? And did you lose the stock mic?

Yes I did install it. And yes the stock mic no longer was working. I use the Bluetooth one that came with my Ken wood head unit

Let me know what you find. I was looking around and from what I gathered I couldn't find the wire for it. Then again maybe I didn't look hard enough.

I did though think about replacing the actual mic with the aftermarket one that comes with the kenwood.

I figured the mic that comes with it is made to work with the head unit. So maybe it's a better match? Or maybe a mic is a mic who knows.

Also if you need any help feel free to message me. I will do the best I can. Had this apart about 4 times (went back to switch the slot for the harness and also added a front facing camera) just recently.

I started the install last night, almost done, just need to run the front camera video cable and then I will be tackling the mic mod. By the way, what is the blue wire hooked up to the antenna adapter for?

I am using the Kenwood DDX9703S and two cameras (front and rear) I purchased from Amazon. And of course, the PAC RPK5-GM4101.

Front,

Awesome, thank you for sharing! Been wanting to do forward camera on my car as well. But one thing I want is it to also capture if the car is hit while parked.

I had someone hit mine in an open parking lot. No cameras around to catch em either, work had them everywhere else but not as good a coverage where I park because few use the lot. Its usually almost empty but for 3 -4 cars.
