This is dumb. You kids need to learn how to spell before you should worry about buying a car. Go be like everybody else and drive a 1990 Honda CRX or a 1995 ford escort with no radio for your first car. lol spoiled!

Dang, you guys are going really hard on this kid. i didn't pay for my camaro i'am 16 and go ahead and bash on me but this car actually saved my life. before this car i was hanging around the wrong people, making stupid decisions, and worst not getting good grades (really bad grades) why? because i took my life and everything for granted and when i got my camaro i showed more responsiblity, i got great grades, left my low life friends, and now i'm going to college to play football how many people can do that? it may be a junior college but its only for a year then USC, or SDSU here i come =). so yes this car has saved my life i don't let my friends ride in it just family cause that's really who deserves to ride in my car.

In other news.....get whatever car you want/can afford. I agree that the V8 might be a little bit much, so think about whether you really need the extra power or not. I would bet you'd rarely use it, or one would hope.

. Nice to hear that the Camaro helped you change your life and mature some.

Nothing wrong with Jr College. I got my associate degree first then off to a University. Had I not done it that way then I would've been like many others and failed out of University and probably never gone back.

I was similar to your situation.....out of a handful of friends in HS I was the only one to graduate, much less go to college. Once in college I made a whole new set of friends that I'm still friends with today (15+ yrs later). Not including my wife of 15 yrs that I meet in college.

yes, and thank you man i just didn't want people getting the idea that all teenagers are like that, i appreciate my car everyday and i don't want to lose it so my school work and athletics come first.

I think I'm one of the most mature 16 year olds lol no matter who you are it does not give you the right to make any name calling. This kid is 14 and is in too Camaros. People need to act their age, It doesnt matter if your 17 or 70 show some respect to others.

I'm 23 and I am getting hated on by so many older people at work (college degrees are the first step in the door)....But moral of the story 14 is just way way way too young...i would have given you some pointers if you were at least 16, so don't take offense (slow down grasshopper)

Another life story to bore you: I took Driver's Education while I was 13 so I could pass my Driver's Exam and get my license on my 14th birthday. That's right, I had a Morris Minor and a license to drive it on my 14th birthday. Ah...the good old days.
