Adventure is the spice of life -- suit up and get on board matey's!

Remember what it felt like being in a line of 18 Camaro's? (or for those who went Sunday and caravaned? or have EVER caravaned with a line of Camaro's..) - picture that across COUNTRY!!

Are they doing any of old Rt66? That would be extremely cool and nostalgic. That would be a really great time, but alas, family comes first...and my wife would have a cow. But damn that would be a fun drive!

Yeah year 3 sounds more likely. :( But I understand those west coasters need some Camaro love too.

No idea what route yet -- just putting it out there for anyone who's going to the fest -- so as it gets closer we cna figure it all out....like meeting up with other regions on the way...

I put in for 2 weeks vaca so

(That means I can't go to Chicago in Feb but :( Fest comes first)
Ok...I CAN go...wonder how I;d manage the rest of the year with almost no vaca...??

on the way there I saw a red Camaro..not sure if he was looking for the track but passed him going down the road twice.

Sux that many of these events are not bi costal..1 held on each side of the country.

Yes, they need to have 2 events for c5fest..
an east coast and a west coast event.

c5fest2 is too far away (2860 miles on google - one way). takes too long to drive there and back.

I would have at least 5 speeding tickets on a drive to AZ and back...

I'm not going. Well, maybe i'll fly in, but no plans to go right now. Besides, it's HOT there!

And I don't care if it's a DRY heat... so is a Sauna.

I'm planning on going... I just hope I can save up enough extra cash. It'll be over $600 just in gas, and we will need at least two hotel stays each way, not including the actual fest hotel. If I do go I probably won't have enough to actually buy anything from all the vendors that will be there...

I'm planning on putting half of each check between now and then away just so I'm not screwed...
I'm just b/c I paid my Chase Visa 1500 to get the balance down adn those Motherfckers just decreased my limit 1400 -- what a waste of $$!!
I could have put that on my Discover (that REWARDS me for being a loyal customer) for the fest! UGH!!!
