We had those here in SC. I was buying them like crazy! You get several chances to win the car, so it is worth it. I believe the scratch off was just the money and that actually had a drawing for the car when the scratch off ended. Each scratch off card that you bought could also be placed in a second chance drawing for the car. I entered all mine in over the internet. There was no limit to how many you could buy!!!
