2omhs or 1ohms

I currently have this amp..
http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...RZ1200.1D.html

900watts at 2ohms
1200 watts at 1ohm

the subs I am interested in getting are..
http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...SWR-1043D.html

I have read mixed reviews on having an amp run a 1ohm load so I am unsure if I want to run 2 of those subs at 2ohms(450 each) or 2 at 1ohm(600 each)

Also will I experience any dimming lights with a 1200 watt system?

I think with that sub you could only run a pair in 1 ohm or 4 ohm, you would have to get the 2ohm version to run it at 2 ohms. you should be good to run them in 1 ohm tho

Your not going to see a 2ohm load with that set up. It will either be 1 or 4. Better be a good stable amp to run it at 1ohm. It's listed to run at 1amp ,but for that price I would have to question it's reliability.

that amp is a beast! I have the 1700 watt version, its built like a tank, try amazon, you can get the 1700 watt version amp of that for 205.00, you can get DB drive subs, which are one of the best, get the okur series,DB DRIVE K512D2 Okur K5 Series Subwoofer (12-Inch; Dual 2) fpr the money you are going to spend on the alpines i would say the db drives are better, just my opinion

yeah I understand I would have to get the 2ohm version just didn't post the link. Anyone have experience with two of those subs in a camaro? I feel like it could be to much having 600 watts pushed to both

I saw someone recommending db drive on another site and didn't really look into it at all. where can I buy them? they are not listed on crutchfield or sonic's site.

so I found these on amazon..
http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listi...&condition=new

would these be better then the alpines? they are cheaper as well and a little more power even though my amp can only put out 600 max to each one
