I've got an oil leak

Changed my oil today and it looks like I have an oil leak. It's dripping where it bolts up to the tranny. Funny though that I haven't noticed any oil stains in my parking space yet. Just as I was about to finally bolt on my catch can and manifold insulator. I guess I'll hold off until I get this taken care of.

Put the stock tune in, and take her in. My guess the seal between the tranny and the engine block went kaput.
