Thats horrible, :(
kids these days have nothing else better to do but put others down and make things like this happen to them. people who do things like this i hope live with the guilt for the rest of their lives knowing they were part of the reason things like this happen. RIP to her

yeah, seems to be a growing issue. it is very sad. wish she could have had someone to talk to, to tell the truth on how she really felt.

Having some bad demons recently haunting me from my past, my sympathy goes out to this girl and her family. I was there because of a speech impediment I suffered as a child because of some bad stuff that happened. Kids can be cruel.

My Daughter went through bullying at her school a couple of years ago, it is a real thing and there needs to be more action on preventing kids from bullying via the Internet, School and outside of school, I remember being a kid and if there was a kid getting picked on or pushed around there was always an adult that would step in and bring a stop to the situation. I feel very bad for this young girl and her family, this is heartbreaking!!

These things make me so sad, and I think the worst part is that if the child did something like we would have done when we were that age and standing up and kicking ass on the people instigating this bullying that you can go to the bank that they would be suspended or expelled from school.

You are probably 100% correct. They would rather suspend someone who has done nothing but receive crap from people when really all they were doing was trying to defend themselves, rather then do something about the people who were creating problems

I honestly blame the parents of todays generation, who didn't get picked on in school????? I have 5 kids and yes every now and then stuff happens. People need to stop raising weak children. Some might not like my point of view but I don't really care. Its time people start remembering the world is not this happy warm place. Its hard and its tough and if parents would fully prepare thier kids for big bad world they wouldn't end up killing themselves over simple bullying. Its all a result of the soccer kid mentality, everyones a winner and everyone is entitled... People need thicker skins, I in no way condone the kids who teased her thier parents should have beaten them and taught them respect as well. Its all a credit to the decay of our society.

Very sad.... the local Tech high school that my wife teaches at had 4 student suicides in less than 2 months....the first one had rumors of bullying attached but not sure if that was really the case.
