I am going on vacation with the family near the tail of the dragon and am still debating on bringing my car along to run it. Seems like a lot of fun.

I ride the dragon at the beginning of each riding season, be sure to run the Cherohala Skyway which connects to the Tail Of the Dragon. It is a beautiful long sweeping curve road on the top of the mountain. Speed limit is 30 on the Dragon and 45 on the Cherohala and the local cops hand out "fast driving awards" regularly. Drive Safe!
