MGW Shift Knob Question

For all of you guys that have switched over to the MGW, what shift knob did you go with? Did you like the one you went with and why or why not? I am torn between the retro ball and the race knob. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any info!

I used the retro ball with an orange SS in it. Feels great, looks great. I race with it. Honestly, I don't think my hand cares what is there when I shift, haha, I just liked the look.

I got the classic MGW shift knob but only because the SS Knob was out of stock. The SS knob is larger and I like it better.

I would have gotten the orange but it is not Inferno Orange like my car.

I got the gripper shift knob. It gives me a very positive connection to the car.. The stock and other smooth surfaces look awesome, but don't quite give that connection/poitive feel.

The "Race Knob" with the "SS" logo feels perfect and matches the GM SS logo. I had the MGW shifter for a few years but switched to the Factory Hurst but kept the MGW Race Knob. The Race Knob material will transmit more sounds up thru the shifter as compared to the other shift ball materials but it feels so good in my hand I would not consider switching it out.

Here's a few pics, I couldn't post from my phone earlier - This is the Retro Handle with a black Classic Ball and orange SS emblem on the top.
