Redline Motorsports TVS2650 vs TVS1700
So we recently did some independent testing with Edelbrock Superchargers using there new TVS2650 supercharger and stacked it against the OEM TVS1700. As to be expected it performed very well. Much larger case and superior cooling system contributed to the gains. The test was performed on a prior built ZL1 10 speed car we had completed almost a year ago. The car had our PHASE 3 Performance package which kept the factory 1700. I'm sure it will be asked why didn't we do this on a stock LT4 and the answer is we wanted to see this blower work under modified conditions. Its safe to say it clearly out performs the factory blower so an increase is evident.
Here is the formal write up on the swap... https://www.lsxmag.com/tech-stories/...rger-on-a-zl1/ Redline Motorsports-HT |
