Nice work and great finish! Anyone can do this with Adams Polishes detail kit (with the Porter Cable DA polisher) and 3-4 hours.

Nice results, and good call on the E-Z up... no sense making things harder than they need to be and ending up with a sunburn.

I just got my stock wheels chromed by CICC in Pomona, CA. Call 800-353-0144 and ask for Curtis Gay. Tell him Chris referred you. (he also ships.....probably pricey though) Here's his website: http://www.chromeyourwheels.com

I opted for the standard painted aluminum wheels.(saved $450 option fee) Paid $685 to get them chromed.

Yes. I use "Turtle Wax Chrome Polish". I'VE TRIED MANY DIFFERENT PRODUCTS AND TURTLE WAX IS THE BEST STUFF FOR CHROME.....IN MY OPINION.

Yeah but I wish I had a bigger one. It's a 10x10 which is nice but you have to move it around as the suns shifts to keep the area your working on and your back & neck out of the sun.:(
